Besides the typical YASKAWA controller functionality, the YRC1000 includes additional functional improvements. Speed of the controller has been increased by lowering the ladder scanner time. Path accuracy improvement assures increased precision in trajectory performance independently on the motion speed.
•  Pegasus Elite features the premier Fronius 320i power source. This powerful source enables a remarkably fast response during welding, whereby the arc can be controlled even more effectively. The advanced SynchroPulse process and the newly developed penetration and arc length stabilizers simplify the use of this proven welding process.
•  We also can customize it for push-pull applications for aluminum processes.
•  The AWG Cobot backed by the Yaskawa YRC1000 controller is the only one on the market to offer an external axis positioner giving you an optional 7th axis.
•  The six-axis HC10DTP collaborative robot enables operation with, or in close proximity to human workers. Precision hand-guiding facilitates easy programming for fast implementation of the robot system, while a pinch-less design featuring Power and Force Limiting (PFL) technology constantly monitors force to quickly react to contact.
