To acknowledge the unique contributions made daily by women welders, 3M has designed a worldwide first: The 3M™ Speedglas™ 100 Series Graphic Welding Helmets – Women’s Collection.
The team took direct inspiration from women welders to create a welding hood women in the welding industry can use to meet the challenges they face in comfort, safety and style. The resulting four distinct designs are an avenue for personal expression. Each design proclaims a characteristic welding personality, but with more feminine assertion.
- Helmets feature an ergonomic headband that accommodates smaller head sizes
- Available with Speedglas 100V auto darkening filter, which features 5 user-selectable dark shades (8 to 12), and a light shade of 3. The 100V auto darkening filter can be used with most arc welding processes, including stick (MMA), MIG/MAG, and TIG greater than 10 amps.
